The Untitled Black series turns toward the body as a site of refuge and survival. Figures seek shelter in one another, vultures hover in anticipation, forms appear suspended between presence and disappearance. Rather than illustrating conflict directly, the works evoke its psychological residue, and the instinct to protect, endure, and create.
